Audrey graduated from McGill University with an MS in Human Nutrition. She has experience in clinical and community nutrition as well as food service and project management. Her project management experience entailed creating and implementing garden-based nutrition programs for children aged 5-12 to increase exposure to, and consequently increase intake of, fruits and vegetables in children. Prior to Tufts, Audrey worked as a Clinical Nutritionist at the McGill University Health Centre. She also holds a BS in Biological Engineering from Cornell University.
